Focus of this paper is to investigate the communication barriers in multinational corporations and to discuss the ways of eliminating them. Empirical findings have emphasized the role of organizational communication for the vitality of business effectiveness. Employees form the basic building blocks of organizations and by improving employee communications organizations can achieve improved performances. The purpose of this paper is to support multinational corporations by removing obstacles in communication and misunderstanding arising from the extensiveness of these companies. The primary research question was focused on the factors, which constitute of main communication barriers. Specific objectives focused on the threat for Czech employees and managers in MNC's, and ways of overcoming those communication barriers.
