Original language description
The study aims to present the results of the comparison analysis of educational systems in selected EU countries with the emphasis on the encouragement of cultural education. The comparison analysis additionally identifies the differences or similaritiesof educational systems of Visegrad countries and selected countries of the original EU 15. The content focuses on the identification of the fact whether there exists a relation between cultural support in the educational systems and the development of the so-called creative class and creative industries in specific countries. The applied methodology uses the comparison analysis of information found on commonly available information web sites of relevant institutions of individual countries. The conclusion of the study states the theses summarizing the opportunities and starting points for the development of the creative class and creative industries in the ?Visegrad Four? countries.
