The basic premise of today's sustainable development is that companies should completely re-evaluate the enterprise work logic and processes organization. Most of the necessary changes occur just in the area of human management, people's stimulation and motivation. If we are truly interested in improving the business results, effectiveness of business processes - there would be no progress otherwise - we have to strive to demolish the wall between the company management (leadership) and employees in order to make effective relationships between firms and customers. Main goal of this paper is to present the core research results of process manager activities in industrial enterprises today, connected with methodology proposal for systematic oriented process manager motivation of their workers in according to the higher competitiveness of production and administration processes. The paper presents an effective methodology of how to increase positive effects of well-defined employee's motivation from the process manager's perspective. Core benefit of presented methodology lies in the design of systematic approach to the process of motivation from the process manager site allowing a radical shift in the performance improvement area by production and administrative processes and achievement of greater competitiveness of enterprise processes.
