The study aims to examine the role of knowledge agents towards environmental knowledge management (EKM) and their impact on social and organizational performance. Through carrying out the literature review and identifying the research gap, specifically the study intends to explore the current environmental knowledge management practices and highlight the crucial role of knowledge agents. By utilizing the survey method and using the database of the Restaurant and Hotel Associations in the Czech Republic (AHR CR), the analysis and evaluation of the proposed constructs are accomplished through the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study will provide a better understanding of the role of knowledge agents in environmental knowledge management within the hospitality industry. The findings will provide the opportunity for managers and administration to consider the important role of knowledge agents and the ways to improve business strategies towards environmental knowledge.
