    Purpose – In this era of global warming, there is a great deal of pressure on businesses to decrease industrial waste etc.in order to manage a suitable environment. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate these problems with this model. Research Methodology – This research relies on small and medium-sized factories in Pakistan as its sample population. Various irectors and managers from SMEs are represented. For this study, we used a sample size of 190. Findings –We tested the hypotheses while using SPSS version 25 and AMOS version 25. Hence direct results supporting the literature but GHRM as a moderator did not support in developing countries. Practical implications – This report includes regulators and managers with advice for paying attention to the environment&apos;s performance. Originality/Value – As a result, the results supported both direct and indirect assumptions, with varied theoretical and managerial implications for management and policymakers in ensuring environmental performance contributing variables.
