AI IN HRM: FROM A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW TO STRATEGIC POTENTIALS AND CRITICAL CHALLENGES

  • Original language description

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is radically reshaping Human Resource Management (HRM), offering new opportunities to enhance efficiency, precision, and personalization. However, these advancements also raise critical challenges, such as algorithmic bias, data privacy concerns, lack of transparency, and the erosion of human judgment in decision‐making. This research employs a systematic literature review (SLR) to examine the evolution of the conceptualization of AI integration into HRM from 2005 to 2025. Furthermore, it proposes a new conceptual framework for the comprehensive exploration of AI integration into HRM, encompassing HR strategy, HR practices, and ethical and compliance considerations. As a result, both strategic opportunities and critical challenges are identified as essential factors to be harnessed in the era of digital transformation.
