Original language description
This article describes the mathematical model of the first phase of refining process of animal fat. The point of interest is the temperature of fat depending on time and position during the heating process. The developed model is valid only until the temperature of fat reaches the melting point. From that moment, the second phase of refining process starts and it has to be differently modeled. Three different mathematical shapes of animal fat with the real physical parameters were discussed.

V příspěvku je popsan matematický model první fáze rafinačního procesu živočišného tuku ? fázi ohřevu a fázi tání. Abychom mohli připravit biodiesel s použitím živočišného tuku, je nutné zahřát pevný tuk do bodu tání, a poté ho rozpouštět tak dlouho, dokud celý nezkapalní. Významnými body jsou jednak teplota tuku závisející na době ohřevu a množství střídání jeho objemu během tání. První popsaný model je platný pouze v případě, kdy teplota tuku dosáhne bodu tání. Poté nastává druhá fáze rafinace a ta seformuje různě.
