Original language description
This contribution is focused on combined graphical-algebraic design of PI controllers which guarantee robust stabilization of interval plants. The stability regions for parameters of these controllers are determined via computing/plotting the stability boundary locus supplemented with the sixteen plant theorem and the final choice of the controller is based on an algebraic approach. The third order interval plant is robustly controlled in an illustrative example.
