The Simulation Case Study of the Complex Production System with Regeneration Plants
Original language description
The paper highlights the problem of mathematical modeling of the complex production system with interoperation buffer stores equipped with regeneration plants. Work stations are placed in a parallel way within serial production plants. The discussed logistic structure is controlled by means of decisions made in a deterministic way. The problem itself consists in determining the sequence of orders which are to be realized subsequently. The proposed heuristic algorithms choose an element of the required order on which certain operations are carried out in order to meet the stated criteria. The specification details and the model resulting from them led to creating the simulator which was employed to solve the problem of realizing orders. Equations illustrate the state of the system at each stage. The study case is based on predefined data and solved by means of the dedicated information tool created in the C# programming language.
