Original language description
This paper deals with the implementation of software for laboratories of subject denoted as Diagnostics of electronic systems. The laboratory primarily uses hardware installation of laboratory setups and was enlarged by this software implementation practicing the diagnosis of integrated circuits. In purpose of the creation of the labs using the software, the methods of detecting the faults in logical circuits were used. Twelve new labs were created using the software in purpose to practice and give theslight introduction in the area of the fault diagnosis and test generation.
