Original language description
In this paper we focused on the optimization of the pelt deliming which is one of the operation that prepares the skin material for the main manufacturing operation, tanning. Nowadays is the deliming in light of the ecology and economy inconvenient. Themost used deliming preparations are ammonium salts of strong acids that cause pollution of technological sewerage water and which clearing is very expensive. In addition by the deliming process is used up large amount of wash liquid and electric energy for working of the equipment. It is needful in addition to the substitution of the ammoniac deliming preparation by nonammoniac to minimize operating costs for the achievement of the required level of deliming.
