Original language description
This paper deals with the improvement of adhesion of the ink to substrate surface. The treatment method based on chemica l way improves adhesion properties of ITO layer while its conductivity is preserved. There exists a time limit, where the ITO layer is eroded and the conductivity is decreasing. This time limit was revealed at 4 minutes.
