Conducting films based on biopolymers
Original language description
Composite films of PANI and biopolymers afford an effective way how to prepare functional surfaces for the biomedical applications. The novel composite films revealed a range of excellent properties, especially greatcytocompatibility, the absence of embryotoxicity, and reasonably good conductivity, comparable with pristine polyaniline. The combination of studied properties such good conductivity, antibacterial activity and mainly great cytocompatibility with hiPSC opens wide application potential of these biopolymer-based composites.
