Original language description
This text deals with the assessment of leisure-time activities of students with a view to future entry into the labor market. We managed to address mostly students of the Faculty of Economics of the Mendel University in Brno. The aim of this research isto analyze whether the students satisfy the requirements of employers in today's job market in the economic field and whether they are doing something to be closer to these demands in their free time. Subsequently in the text, there are given recommendations for students how to become more suitable candidate for future employers.
