Original language description
In the article, the authors verified the hypotheses regarding the relationship between interpersonal trust and costs of negotiation as well as inter-organizational trust and negotiation costs. With the help of a created linear regressive model and calculated Spearman's rank correlation, it was discovered that a negative relationship exists between the costs of negotiation and inter-organizational trust as well as between negotiating costs and interpersonal trust. The Cronbach's alpha reliability value was higher than 0.871 for all variables. This article is a part of the results of the project no. 402/09/2057 ?Measurement and management of the intangible assets impact on enterprise performance?, financed by Czech Science Foundation.
