Original language description
The paper addresses the issues of accounting teaching in higher education institutions from the instructional point of view. It presents options for teaching in the form of lectures and tutorials. It further suggests the use of e-learning (Moodle), whichmakes the learning process more effective. The experience with the use of Moodle is focused on the organization and management of output verification of the students´ theoretical knowledge of financial accounting. The paper also publishes the results ofa theoretical test taken by the students in Moodle environment and makes recommendations for improving their theoretical training.
