The development of accommodation facilities has been currently accompanied with the growth of customers’ emphasis on the quality and structure of the additional services. Customers ́ satisfaction with services in tourism is thus one of the important factors affecting the level of sales and profits, prosperity, position in the competitive environment, etc. The paper is focused on the guests ́ satisfaction in the theoretical background. In this context, it presents the guests ́ satisfaction case study.
