    Comparison of Bond Yields to Maturity Using Hawawini-Vora and IRR Methods

    The aim of the paper is to compare yield rates to maturity for selected bonds. Yield rates to maturity will be calculated using two methods: the classic Hawawini-Vora method and the internal rate of return (IRR) method. The IRR method is generally used to evaluate investments in the financial market. The paper will compare both methods for different types of bonds depending on the yield, maturity and market value of the bonds.
