    The article deals with logistics processes in companies. Logistics aims to optimize material, finance and information flows to optimize overall costs in companies. The first part of the atricle describes the methods by means of which the prosesses in companies can be optimized, namely the Vogel approximation method. In the second part of the article, the method is implemented in a particular manufacturing company with the result of distribution rourte optimization and reduction of operating cost of transport.
