Original language description
Results of an international pediatric CT survey conducted by IAEA are summarized in the article. 126 hospitals from 40 countries participated in the survey. From the Czech Republic 5 faculty hospitals participated in the survey. Types of pediatric CT equipment, CT protocols used for different clinical situations, exposure parameters for CT head, chest and abdomen examinations of children in different age groups and patient doses from these examinations were determined.
