Bioelectronic tongue for the wine quality determination.
Project goals
Aim of the project is focused on the proposal, testing and construction of multichannel biosensor (electronic tongue) for the wine quality monitoring. The developed combined biosensor will be tested using real wine samples, during its production and long-term storage.

The research was focused on the development of an "electronic tongue", represented by flow-through multi-chanel biosensor. A prototype of multi-channel electrochemical transducer was manufactured and evaluation software has become available. For qualitycontrol of real-life wine samples further developments of the current product are needed
