Plant growth hormones crosstalk controls programmed cell death via regulation of cytokinin metabolism

Project goals

Study of interactions of different plant hormone groups in roots V. faba treated by kinetin. Measure endogenous levels of phytohormones using UHPLC- MS/MS. Testing of effect of different cytokinin derivatives on apoptosis in cells of V. faba root.
