Project name in Czech
Systém airbagů pro zvýšení bezpečnosti malých letadel během nouzového přistání.

Project results evaluation
"The ""SOFTLAND"" project aims to increase the safety of the crew during an emergency landing of the aircraft and reduce the damage to the structure of the aircraft after the impact. During the project, several principles of airbags were proposed, which were evaluated by tests. For the tests, an ""Ironbird"" mock-up was created to simulate the aircraft during tests. During tests with airbags, a system with activation electronics was developed. The project was finalized by th7,346 million was spent on the project according to the schedule, 3 667 thousand. CZK is paid from the Eurostar-2 program and provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture. In total, about 24,699 million CZK was spent on the project, 12,281 milion CZK is paid for from the Eurostar-2 program."
