The Frac-In-Ox project is developing a technology for contaminated site remediation by pneumatichydraulic fracturing using chemical oxidizing agents. Oxidizing remediation agents are injected into the contaminated environment under high pressure at the location where the contaminants are present. The method has the advantage in environments that are difficult to remediate by standard methods. In 2022, work focused on full-scale testing of the Frac-In-Ox technology at a pilot site. The last 2 deliverables of the project were completed in 2023: O4.6 Verified Frac-In-Ox technology (DEK) O4.7 Updated exploitation plan and business plan including list of potential clients (DEK)
