1) Vyvinout metodu umožňující detekovat interakce membránových proteinů na úrovni jedné molekuly. 2) Analyzovat multimerní stav membránových proteinů S. cerevisiae Trk1/2 a Kch1/2, které se účastní kationtové homeostázy. 3) Analyzovat interakce Trk1/2 a Kch1/2 s jinými proteiny. 4) Monitorovat multimerní stav a detekované interakce za měnících se podmínek, např. různé koncentrace externích jednomocných kationtů
