Druhově specifický vliv jadérka v embryonálním vývoji

The first partial goal will analyse the effect of fibrillar sphere origin on embryonic genome activation (EGA). The second goal will analyse nucleologenesis according to origin of fibrillar sphere. The third goal will analyse the changes in chromatin remodeling in bovine embryos after the interspecies nucleolotransfer. The project proposal is built on existing collaboration with institutions – Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra (SK) and INRAE center in Jouy-en-Josas (FR). The main goal is to support existing cooperation, its intensification and expansion of our research activity via scholarship opportunities at partner institution. The research intention of the common multilateral project is to obtain new knowledge about specific form of the nucleolus – fibrillar sphere (non-membrane nucleus suborganelle).
