The main objective of the project is the investigation of the effect of two types of green manure crops, the nitrogen-fixing leguminous plant (Pisum sativum arvense) and the cruciferous plant (Raphanus sativus), applied separately under conditions of the integrated vegetable production system, on the production and quality of cruciferous vegetables (e.g. kohlrabi, Brassica oleracea Gongylodes group) and on the resulting changes of soil microbiome.
