Solidify the European FDSOI Ecosystem Accelerating its Industrial Deployment
Annotation in Czech
Accelerate the implementation of semiconductor manufacturing based on FDSOI technology, building and securing the European value chain from material to system, supporting the twin green and digital transition. Goals: To offer Europe a real alternative for its independency on the sourcing of semiconductors by using FDSOI, a European technology made by European players and tailored to the European market. To give Europe the opportunity to move forward with industrial and academic players spanning the value chain by joining in the risk-taking necessary for the growth dynamics of semiconductors in Europe, such as Automotive, Space, IoT and Edge AI domain. To expand the FDSOI European technology platform family (low power consumption, versatility, embedded non-volatile memories, radio frequency capacities) in term of accessibility: to build up manufacturing capacity in Europe - Down scaling: to prepare the future generation of FDSOI technologies and components. Semiconductor intellectual property core: to strengthen FDSOI design ecosystem and value chain around FDSOI manufacturing. Digital and analogue integration capability on a single chip. To allow us to build the future by developing new technology approaches as well as numerous IPs on advanced applications and will promote the capability and benefits of the technology by providing advanced demonstrations on key applications and comparing the technology. To promote the capacity and benefits of the technology by providing advanced demonstration on key applications and benchmarking the benefit of the technology. To strengthen the FDSOI Ecosystem by providing the complete supply chain form material to system.
