Mezinárodní mobilita výzkumných pracovníků na Univerzitě Pardubice

Annotation in Czech

Hlavním cílem projektu je (i) podpora profesního růstu AP, VaV pracovníků a PhD studentů UPa prostřednictvím jejich vyslání na dlouhodobou stáž do zahraničí a (ii) rozvoj UPa a jejích součástí posílením lidských zdrojů ve VaV, přijetí zahraničních odborníků na různých úrovních (juniorských i seniorských). Dílčí cíle projektu jsou (i) nárůst počtu a především kvality publikační činnosti, (ii) rozvoj mezinárodní spolupráce, zapojení do mezinárodních VaV týmů a projektů, (iii) habilitace, (iv) internacionalizace prostředí UPa a jednotlivých součástí.

Project results evaluation

"13 mobilities were successfully completed in the project. An example is the involvement of a researcher in scientific activities at the Department of Transport Management, Marketing and Logistics of the Jan Perner Faculty of Transport. This research was focused on modeling logistics processes within the logistics system of the agglomeration in accordance with the concept of sustainable urban logistics. Due to the ongoing global logistics crisis, it is a very actual topic. Another example of beneficial cooperation was the arrival mobility of Dr. Maksim Samsonov, who joined the team of prof. Růžička at a time when he was already able to synthesize even complex types of compounds in an inert atmosphere and in vacuum and prepare compounds of new materials or catalysts of organic transformations, especially transformations leading to biodegradable polymers. Overall, the project contributed to a significant knowledge transfer across the participating countries."
