    Hlavním cílem je nastavení strategického řízení na UJEP v souladu s podmínkami pro získání ocenění "HR Award".     "The project helped to create the conditions for creative and artistic activities, in the form of setting up a strategy for research and development (R&D), care for human resources in R&D, international and cross-sectoral cooperation in R&D and the development of popularization of R&D at UJEP. The main goal of the project was to set up strategic management according to the conditions for obtaining the ""HR Award"". This goal was met, the university received this award. The ""HR Award"" confirmed the progress of the university's staff policy in accordance with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The outputs of the project are: Code of Ethics, Sustainable Development Strategy, Concept of Support for the Management of Young Researchers, Strategies for International Cooperation and Internationalization in Knowledge and Research."
