Hlavním cílem projektu je nastavení strategického řízení výzkumné organizace v souladu s podmínkami pro získání ocenění "HR Award". Dílčími cíli, tj. cíli stanovenými ÚFCH JH jsou.: 1) zavedení uceleného systému vzdělávání vědeckých pracovníků ÚFCH JH 2) zavedení uceleného systému vzdělávání manažerských a technických pracovníků ÚFCH JH 3) zpracování metodik pro aplikaci systému vzdělávání 4) harmonizací obsahu stávajícího Kodexu ÚFCH JH se zásadami a cíli Charty a Kodexu vytvořit nový Kodex zaměstnance ÚFCH JH 5) náborem a výchovou nových vědeckých pracovníků dosáhnout změny věkové skladby a zvýšit počty žen ve výzkumných pozicích.

Project results evaluation
The organization embedded the Human Resources Strategy For Researchers (HRS4R) in its core and strategic documents and converted it effectively into the management system. The organisation subscribed to the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers and was awarded the status of "HR Excellence in Research". There has been developed a new system for the evaluation of researchers. In addition to the new attestation system, there was also introduced a system for providing feedback to early career researchers. English was introduced as a second official language in the organisation and a unit was created with tasks in the field of coordination and administration of international cooperation. There has been established a coherent strategy for the development of inter-sectoral cooperation, for the management of intellectual property and for the transfer of knowledge from the research environment to practice.
