    Thanks to the project, the strategic management of the research organisation has been set up in accordance with the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The following results were achieved: successful setup of the strategic management of the research organisation, streamlining of communication thanks to the implementation of a communication platform that made communication between the individual components of the CZU more efficient, introduction of automated processes that reduced manual work and errors. The project identified and removed excess administrative burden and set up a "healthier" working environment, which included adaptation of new employees, career development and provision of employee benefits. In addition, strategic measures were implemented to address shortcomings in research ethics, international cooperation and popularisation of science and research.
