Motivational structure - its internal relations and possibilities to influence it within the educational context

Project goals

Project aims at investigation of motivational structure in educational context - both students' and teachers' ones. Research will concentrate at four main topics - relations of implicit and explicit, goal related motivation; relations of achievement motivation and flow; teacher reference norms and their impact on students' motivational profile; and the analysis of students' motivation to learn. The project will result in survey and analysis of theoretical assumptions concerning the motivational structure and its internal relations, and further elaboration of concept of students' motivation to learn.

    Projekt se zabývá studiem motivační struktury jedince v kontextu učení a vyučování. Výzkum se zaměří na čtyři hlavní směry - vztahy implicitní a cílové motivace, vztahy výkonové motivace a optimálního prožívání (flow), vliv vztahových norem hodnocení učitele na motivační zaměření jeho žáků a na analýzu žákovské motivace. Výsledkem bude analýza a shrnutí teoretických východisek, empirické ověření předpokládaných vnitřních vztahů motivační struktury a další rozpracování koncepce žákovské motivace.
