Charakterizace proteinů telomerového chromatinu

Annotation in Czech

Cílem projektu je bližší analýza nukleoproteinových komplexů telomer. Projekt je zaměřen na charakterizaci již detekovaného 40 kDa telomer-vazebného proteinu, který bude purifikován a částečně sekvenován. Kromě toho bude provedena charakterizace telomerového chromatinu, především studie acetylačního stavu jeho histonů pomocí imunochemických přístupů. Přínosem projektu bude bližší poznání úlohy telomer-vazebných proteinů v regulaci telomerázy. Získané poznatky by mohly nalézt uplatnění v biotechnol. a med. aplikacích.
