    Popsat a definovat mechanismy resistence bakterií k antibiotikům u statisticky významného souboru environmentálních isolátů bakterií rodu Salmonella. Při realizaců cílů projektu budou použity současné metody molekulární biologie založené na studiu cílovéDNA. Resistence může být kodována jak na chromosomu tak i na plasmidech (mimochromosomální DNA). Klíčovou metodou používanou k plánovaným účelům je polymerasova řetězová reakce - PCR (polymerase chain reaction).

    Salmonelias strains isolated from the environment and clinical origin,where tested for antibiotic profile, genetic diversity and tetracycline resistence.Molecular biology and physical methoda were used for strains characterization. For salmonella strainsidentification,mass spectrometry method MALDI TOF was introduced.
