Mikrotubuly v aktivovaných žírných buňkách - cíle pro inovativní terapie

  • Annotation in Czech

Cílem projektu je 1. Určit složení a funkci komplexů obsahujících tubulin a signální molelkuly v aktivovaných žírných buňkách. 2. Charakterizovat interakce gama-tubulinu s fosfoinositid-3-kinázou a protein tyrosin kinázami Src rodiny. 3. Určit nové modulátorz (inhibitory/aktivátory) tvorby mikrotubulů při degranulaci a chemotaxi u myších a lidských žírných buněk.

  • Project results evaluation

Results of this project contributed to the discovery of new signalling pathway that regulates microtubule nucleation in activated mast cells via protein tyrosin kinases, GIT1/?PIX proteins and enhanced Ca2+ level. GIT1 and ?PIX represent positive and negative regulators of microtubule nucleation. The results showed that miltefosine inhibits reorganization of microtubules.
