    Risk factors leading to the formation of biofilm were characterized and applied to S. aureus, changes in expression were afterwords characterized at the RNA level and surface proteome. Interactions in dual biofilms have been studied by CLSM and SEM analysis. The results will be published in 1 reviewed and 4 impacted publications and by 5 presentations at conferences.
