Project results evaluation
Methods for determination of ochratoxin A (OTA), lead, copper and sulphur dioxide in wines were successfully tested. These methods were applied to samples of wines from the PRC, which is predicted increased risk of mycotoxin (ice wines, fortified, etc.),higher content of heavy metals and sulphur dioxide. The occurrences of OTA, copper, lead and sulphur dioxide was also tested.
