    1) To develop experimental pipeline for isolation of PIPs-containing nuclear nanoparticles and analysis of their composition. 2) To determine the physico-chemical properties of isolated nanoparticles and analyze their function. 3) To produce artificial PIPs containing particles mimicking properties of Nuclear Lipid Islets and track their intranuclear dynamics. 4) To elaborate the contribution of phase separation to the dynamics and function of Nuclear Lipid Islets in chromatin remodeling and gene expression

    In the course of this project, we developed and optimized approaches for the isolation of lipid structures followed by mass spectrometry analysis. These and other developed procedures helped us to expand our knowledge about the nuclear PIPs structures. Making these procedures available to the wider European scientific community will enable their use in basic and clinical research.
