Nanomechanika a elektrostatika interakcí mezi implantáty a živými tkáněmi
Annotation in Czech
Osteartróza postihuje milióny pacientů na celém světě a způsobuje omezení pohybu s bolestí. Tato nemoc má velký dopad na jednotlivca ale také na celou společnost. Komplikace při náhradách kloubů mohou být způsobeny mechanolelektrickou interakcí mezi implantátem a kostí ale také reakcí těla na produkty otěru polyetylénu. Cílem projektu objasnit fyzikální mechanizmy vedoucí k uvolnění endoprotézy, zejména roli interakce záporně nabité embrány osteoblastů a titanového povrchu.
