    Cílem projektu je nasyntetizovat a in vitro a in vivo otestovat takové reaktivátory AChE, které by byly dostatečně efektivní při terapii otrav cyklosinem. Potenciálně účinné sloučeniny budou vybírány z originálních struktur navržených na našem pracovišti, které byly sestaveny na základě dlouholetých zkušeností v oblasti reaktivujících oximů.

    Both, in vitro (reactivation tests), as well as in vivo results (therapeutic efficacy, neurotoxicity testing) show, that the most effective oxime in the treatment of cyclosarin intoxications is HI-6 oxime.
