Annotation in Czech
Záměrem je hydrolyzovat nesladovaný ječmen. Toto přináší značné ekonomické úspory. Vyřešením projektu bude vyvinut a připraven k výrobě produkt, který bude žádoucí pro export. Produkt lze použít při výrobě piva, nealko nápojů a při doplňkové výživě. Zároveň je tímto řešeno ekonomické využití kvalitního ječmene české provenience.

The goal of this project is a hydrolyse of non germinated barley. Manufactering of this product would be prepared a very good export article. Also is possible to use it at beer, soft drinks production. This method allows to utilize non germinated barley.
