There was was compiled a database of key elements for the creation of tourism products, which are based on historical and cultural exploration. 4 workshops were carried out and also a survey of the target groups, whose output is a prototype for a new tourist industry product. This prototype based on design thinking and design of service is ready for putting into practice.
