Gene expression patterns in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Original language description
We studied gene expression in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) patients. Our objective was to identify genes that were differentially expressed in ALL and might contribute to development (and characterisation) of the disease. We tested 10 patients with ALL at diagnosis (previously untreated) younger than 18 years. For detection of transcription activity we used Human Cancer cDNA Arrays (Clontech) with 588 genes.
