Monoclonal antibody to a human chronic myeloid leukemia cell line reactive with an antigen in apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies.

  • Original language description

Antibody 4H1 (APG) IgG1 detected a protein epitope on the CD34 molecule. Antibody 5H1 (AMM) reactedwith myeloid cells and its specificity was not defined.
