Proliferation and translation are significantly lower in DBA patients irrespective of mutation in RPS19. We conclude that hypoproliferation and significantly lower translation might be the mechanisms underlying DBA pathogenesis

Snížená proliferace a translace u pacientů s Diamondovou-Blackfanovou anémií.

Czech description

U pacientů s DBA byla zjištěna signifikantně snížená úroveň translace i proliferace, a to bez ohledu na mutaci v ribosomálním proteinu S19. Zdá se tedy, že hypoproliferace a signifikantně nižší translace mohou být příčinou vzniku DBA.
