The effects were studied of suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) on the hematopoietic cell lines JURL-MK1, K562, CML-T1, Karpas-299, HL60 and ML-2 as well as on normal lymphocytes. SAHA induced in most cell lines cell death with apoptotic features andincreased adhesion to fibronectin
