    Bovine seminal ribonuclease (BS RNase) displays immunosuppressive and antitumor activities on mammalian cells, whereas bovine pancreatic ribonuclease (RNase A) is not cytotoxic. To learn more about the mechanism of BS RNase cytotoxicity, various mutantsand hybrid proteins were prepared.
