Alteration of adult nociception following neonatal indomethacine or dexamethasone administration in rats was found only in the indomethacin group, in terms of hyperalgesia, which appeared when the drug was given at a higher stage of ontogenesis (i.e. onpostnatal days 9-10), not on postnatal days 4-5..
