Original language description
The risk of neurodevelopmental toxicity was studied in indomethacin treated rats during different postnatal days. Administration of indomethacin at an earlier stage of development induced adult depression of motor and emotional activity, administration in later phase of ontogeny resulted in pain hypersensitivity.
